看看自己心裡的對話
今天要與大家聊聊如何有效跟別人溝通情緒的最後一個守則:監視自己的自我對話。我們的情緒往往來自於我們對事物的解讀,當我們心裡確定事物的想法時,在我們心裡就會開始對自己說話,而這些對話就會影響到我們的情緒。
改變想法就改變情緒
所以當我們有了負面的情緒時,應該檢視是否是我們給了自己錯誤的解讀,舉例來說:當另一伴有天犯了錯,我們心裡也許想「他一定是故意的」,這時若我們能夠回頭看看這句話,然後重新告訴自己「我沒有問過他,怎麼知道他一定是故意的呢?他可能是不小心的啊。」那我們就可以改變我們自己原有的情緒,讓彼此的溝通更順暢。
